For this cruise the Royal Princess is hosting a luncheon for the top 40 passengers on board. Last cruise it was a cocktail party.
The event is hosted in Sabatinis at noon. We are sat a Sandro’s table, Customer Services Director, who is from Italy.
Our table consisted of three couples along with Sandro. Ironically we recognize both other couples from past cruises and one of the couples we even had at our table at a prior lunch.
The menu was as follows:

Herb crusted Diver Scallops, carrots & beetroot puree, Chili oil

Goat’s Cheese, Figs & Blueberry mille-feuille served with onion Marmalade
Main Course
Pan seared Alaskan Halibut with Parisienne Potatoes wilted spinach Served with Saffron Amaretto Sauce
Or
Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Vanilla William Pear Potatoes, sautéed vegetables served with port wine jus
Or
Roasted pumpkin and Gorgonzola Cheese Risotto, Watercress Salad
Dessert
Lemon filled Mascarpone mousse served with wild Berry compote

Looks good! I don't think we've ever had the exact same MTP menu twice, even on B2Bs.
