We dress for dinner and our first stop is Crown Grill Bar. Love the more open space. No more short pony wall dividing the lounge from walkway. Also no more library. Good or bad I believe this will be permanent going forward.
Trevor Cole is playing the steel pan. We have kept in touch with him over the past decade since we met him. Amazing talent.
Met Carmen, a lovely lady from Peru. We know mutual friends
We decide to head to Ocean Terrace for dinner. We love sushi and really missed it on the Majestic. The menu here has changed and I am guessing the change is fleet wide.
We had some sake and some great sushi for $20 total.
One thing I see as an issue with is at Ocean Terrace there are few tables for you to eat at. Often they are filled with people just sitting listening to music or chatting, not with those eating sushi. Sadly this forces those wanting sushi to dine at the bar. On other ships during the Ocean Terrace hours they state those few tables are reserved for patrons of the restaurant.
After dinner we head to Princess theater where the comedian is preforming. I will have to post a pic with is name as I can't recall off hand. Initially Bernie balked, saying we probably have seen him. But no! When we get there is is quickly obvious we haven't seen him before. He cracks us up. We don't stop laughing the whole time. Looking forward to his next show too.
Today was a great day. So nice to be back on board.
