At Sea

Boy do we need this sea day.  We have a good sleep and wake and so relieved that we don’t have to rush off, or in fact be anywhere.

Today is the wine tasting at 11:15 but we decide to pass on it as we also have the Most Travelled Guest Party too which is at noon. 

We dress and enjoy some time in the Atrium where they are displaying the lovely costumes from the many production shows.  Roy and Sandra meet up with us and we all head into Sabatinis together.  In fact we pose for the picture with the Staff Captain (Captain is on the bridge because of the high winds).  

Yes we were told my Captain Nash that it could get very windy today and the seas are reflecting it so there is some movement but hardly noticeable on this ship.

For the lunch we are sat a Michael’s table along with two American couples, one from California and another from Denver.

On the invite we stated we were vegetarian and we had some amazing options and we were very happy with the entire meal, as we usually are.  

It is always a fun time at Michael’s table and lots of laughs.

After lunch I quickly went to the laundry and ironed a few things.  It was very busy in there but it was very social able too.  In fact we said they should have bar service in here.  One woman even offered to call the other one when her wash was done.  Now that is nice.

Back in the cabin and it is just after 2 pm and you know what I really don’t feel like doing anything.  We still have a few bottles of wine and I think wouldn’t it be nice to just enjoy some wine and watch a movie.

Tonight is the Captain Circle Party.  I am not sure if there are two parties or just one, but we are attending the 7:30 pm one.

Lots happening today on board.  Festivals of the World Oktoberfest which is a Bavarian style celebration complete with contests, polka dancing and costumes at 2 pm.  Batting cage in the sports court, destination lecture for Kotor.  Salsa dance class.  Trivia, Line Dancing class, Service Club Get Together, Bar Flair Show, Disney Music Trivia, Port Tees Event Sale, Afternoon Tea, and Runway at Sea Fashion Show.

Tonight the production show Spectacular, Ghost in the Shell is playing at Muts, Phoenix Rising is performing playing in the Wheelhouse, Atomic Party Band is playing in the Atrium, Liar’s Club and so very much more.
