Most Travelled Guest Party


We did attend the Most Travelled Guest Party.  Cut off was 638 days! 

We had the pleasure of sitting at Customer Service Director Steve Ross’ table.  
He currently lives in Vancouver (originally from New Zealand) so we had that in common.  Two other couples joined our table, along with Steve’s sister in Law and Mother who are travelling with him. 

It was a nice table and we had good conversation.

The menu was good, but I personally found my dishes lacking – Bernie’s were AMAZING he said.  Next time I will choose what he does.

Appetizers

Lemon & Lime Scallops
Seared scallops on a bed of cool pumpkin puree with seafood foam and black caviar

Or

A Flower Salad Bouquet
Herbed goat cheese mousse in a filo cylinder with tomato petals, red vinegar Bermuda onions and daikon

Main Course

Cannolo Striped Bass
Lime Sea Bass tartar in a seared envelope of white bread seared with cantaloupe and celery salad with port reduction

Or

New Zealand Lamb Chops
Marinated overnight in milk and mint on a bed of quinoa, cauliflower puree and harissa sauce

Or

La Pasta
Homemade fresh black ink tagliolini with lobster and candied cherry tomatoes

Dessert
Almond and Red Velvet Chocolate Terrine
Brandy snap crisps and exotic curd
Petit Fours

Coffee or Tea
